Behind Effinica
Hi, I’m Elena Chardaklieva, performance strategist and founder of Effinica, a boutique marketing agency created in 2025 to help brands grow with clarity and structure.
I started my career in 2020, working in agencies and companies such as Markademics, Wolf Media Digital, Orange Trail, and Success with Systems (UK).
Over the past five years I’ve managed Meta and Google Ads campaigns for international e-commerce brands in industries like fashion, beauty, and supplements, as well as lead generation businesses across different sectors.
Through this work I’ve learned that growth happens when data and creativity work together under a clear strategy.
In 2023 I was recognized as Best Young E-commerce Marketing Specialist in Bulgaria. Since then I’ve built an independent practice and worked with clients across Europe and the US, helping them grow consistently and turn structure into results.
Effinica was founded to bring that experience together. It’s a space where strategy, creativity, and performance align to create real results.
